Hello LLYC!
After a week off of sailing, there are a few friendly reminders. The races this weekend do count even though the C trophy is the Kercher-Stay-At-Home. The Kercher-Stay-At-Home is registered as a counted race this year. There is also NO Beer Party this weekend.
Morgan is also preparing for his annual 4th of July firework show! Last year we had $5,000 worth of donations which made the show amazing! The more you donate, the better the show. You can donate to Morgan via check, cash, or Venmo. Please see the Yacht Club Book for his contact information.
June 29th is the June Party hosted by LLYC & PYC. Please RSVP to Jen Sundberg. Her contact information is in the Yacht Club Book. The party starts @6pm and dinner will start at 7pm. The dinner includes salad, all you can eat pizza from “Your Sister’s Tomato” food truck, and dessert. Michael Rodeo will also be playing. The cost is $35/ adult and $25/child. Click here for more information.
Also, the MIR was at Beulah and Long Lake was able to get a few good races to represent. LL-818 got a 2nd in a race and managed to get 6th overall in a very difficult fleet. LL-0 pulled off a 3rd one race, but was over the line in a couple of races and couldn’t fight back. LL-818 will be representing the yacht club for the Nationals this weekend hosted in Pewaukee.
See you all on the water!
